An Information Agent ensures that customers receive e-infosheets on time via email. The Information Agent maintains records of prospects and existing clients and notifies existing clients a month before their annual membership expires. An Information Agent should gain at least 10 new customers for the company per month. Information agents should report their work accomplishments by the end of the week.


The roles and responsibilities of an Information Agent are critical for maintaining customer relationships and driving growth.


Expected work hours: An Information Agent should work 20 hours per week (four hours per day).


Earn an allowance per month plus a 10% commission for each new membership acquired.

Responsibilities

Timely Delivery of Information

- Ensure that customers receive e-infosheets promptly via email.

Record Maintenance

- Maintain accurate records of prospects and existing clients.

Client Notifications

- Notify existing clients one month prior to the expiration of their annual membership.

Customer Acquisition

- Acquire a minimum of 10 new customers per month for the company.

Reporting

- Report work accomplishments and activities by the end of each week.


Detailed Responsibilities:


Timely Delivery of Information

  • Sending E-infosheets: Ensure that all e-infosheets are sent to customers by the specified deadlines, maintaining a high level of accuracy and detail.


Record Maintenance

  • Updating Records: Regularly update and manage databases to keep track of both prospects and existing clients.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure that all information entered is accurate and up-to-date to facilitate effective communication.


Client Notifications

  • Membership Expiry Alerts: Proactively notify clients one month in advance of their membership expiration, helping them to renew on time and maintain customer retention.


Customer Acquisition

  • Lead Generation: Focus on strategies and tactics to acquire at least 10 new customers each month, contributing to overall company growth.
  • Networking and Outreach: Engage in networking opportunities and outreach efforts to discover potential customers.


Reporting

  • Weekly Accomplishment Reports: Compile and submit reports detailing work accomplishments, customer interactions, and new leads at the end of each week to management.
